新嘉坡衆唐民等謹禀上於
大王尊前 民等素居宇下深沭治化之恩感銘於懐曷其
有極兹幸
大王駕臨斯土因思德政所施回當遍及貧困而痛脚殘
疾之人未得?養之費是以民等具有一呈欲求
大王准行宰猪傌仔之事以爲痛脚殘疾人之飬未敢擅
進謹此預禀倘蒙許允賜示方敢進
呈 陳金聲
大王室前施行 己酉年十二月艹日新嘉坡唐民 仝禀
